The Queen actress is all thrilled to explore her new profession soon. She is currently busy promoting her upcoming movie, Simran. During one such promotion, Kangana spilled the beans about her directorial debut film, Teju. She said, “That film is under process and I will start only after Manikarnika (30 % of the shoot is completed yet). It will be a nice journey, I look forward to it. It's a children film and I have lot of ideas and excitement for it. But it's a difficult project to pull off.”
When she was asked if she thinks that this is the perfect project to start her journey as a director, she said, “I have many ideas and something which materialized into something is like a family children drama because I want to cater to the audiences and it will be a light hearted film. I can't call it a comedy but it's a light film.”
According to some reports, it is being said that Kangana will be seen playing the role of an 80 year old in the film, so when she was asked if there will be any prosthetics or special effects in the film, she added, “Yes there will be prosthetics, VFX, special effects, body double... these kind of techniques will be used.”
As the film deals with children, Kangana also spoke about the comfort level she shares with kids. “With kids, they are very hard to handle! I like children but to work with kids... their sleeping time. But I would love to, there are kids in Teju,” she concluded.
