Okay, let’s get this straight. You are not alone. You are not the only one who is tired and sick of your existing job. There are many like you who want to start up something of their own and become a self-made entrepreneur. Well, there are lot of potholes in this idea, but nothing is simple in this world.

In case, you have a plan and want to execute it some way, I would advise that you take a look at some of these films before you take the biggest plunge of your life.

1. Guru

Well, this one is first on the list because you know that it is loosely based on the real life business tycoon Dhirubhai Ambani. While the film does nothing to teach about business ethics, it does reflect on the mind and the desire one should possess to become a successful businessman in a world where being honest and right leads you to nowhere.

2. Sonali Cable

This movie takes a leaf from the 'David versus Goliath' story. The movie is set amidst the cable internet turf war where small companies have to face the heat and pressure of established companies. Amidst all this, how Sonali survives and establishes her company forms the premise of the film.

3. Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro

It’s a film about two friends who wish to start their own photo studio. However, in their first assignment itself they get embroiled in the world of hypocrisy and corruption which leads to the investigation of a murder as well. You got to watch this film to know how life throws lemons at you when you wish to become an entrepreneur.

4. Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year

Apart from being one of Ranbir Kapoor’s best performance, this movie focusses that ‘Customer is the King’, and that anyone who keeps the king unhappy is bound to mostly fail in his quest. Though this film has a lot to offer, it basically spreads the message that hard work and honesty are the important elements of business.

5. Corporate

This movie focusses on the dirty politics that exist in the corporate world. While it may not help entrepreneurs in giving ideal goals, it surely helps them to know what not to do in order to make their brand successful.

Another film that’s grabbed our interest is Running Shaadi. Basically, it’s about two friends who start up a website that allows you to elope and get married with your lover. Sounds crazy, right? Well, they too have their share of problems in executing the marriages. So do watch this hilarious film that’s all set to release this week.
