Actor Salman Khan is all geared up for his Eid release, Tubelight and he seems to be quite excited for it. The movie has an Indo-China backdrop which is helmed by Kabir Khan and also stars a Chinese actress, Zhu Zhu.
Recently, we got to interact with Salman about his movie and many other things. Since S. S. Rajamouli's Baahubali 1 & 2 have done great on the box office, the bar is set high and it would be very difficult for other films to beat them. When we asked Salman if Tubelight would break the records of Baahubali, and if he feels any kind of pressure about it, he said, "I doubt that Tubelight will break Baahubali 2's record, because Baahubali is one of the most freakish films that has happened. And Hindi film goers have been like superb. So they didn't care that it was a dubbed film, they didn't care it was like a Tamil-Telugu film. They went to see because they loved the first one. So they lapped the movie on because of the Hindi cine goers that film have got these numbers. So hats off to our guys who have gone and seen the film and made it such a big hit. But as long as no one loses money, I am fine with it."
Further, he was also asked about Shah Rukh Khan's cameo and the glimpse of him in the trailer that we saw. "Shah Rukh has done a day's work. He has played a character who comes at a very crucial stage. It's the turning point of this boy's (Salman's) character," said Salman.
